"You can currently find more fashion lines for pets than you can for people who have a disability. It is hard to believe that in the 21st century, people with disabilities struggle to find suitable clothing on the high street. Often, they are forced to make-do with ill-fitting clothes that resemble something found on a hospital ward. This inspired me to produce a collection that is durable, affordable, easy-wearing and on trend for individuals using a prosthesis. Invisible zips, magnetic buttons and one-handed zippers are some of the features that have been discreetly incorporated into the designs that ensure the wearer can effortlessly dress themselves, have easy access to their prosthetic limb and feel confident in on trend clothes.
